How to open a pass in apple wallet immediately after adding
I have added the pass to Apple wallet, is it possible to redirect to apple wallet after adding the pass ? If so, how ?

No, you will have to open Wallet to use the pass. Some are based off WiFi though so it is possible that the pass will pop up when you are at or near the venue the pass is for.
