Upgrading

If I have paid 12 months of payments on my iPhone XS can I still get a trade-in value if I preorder through apple instead of Verizon or does the phone have to be completely paid off?

Upgrading So I have a IPhone Pro Max 128gb in perfect condition and I’m currently on the pay monthly scheme with Apple. If I were to upgrade directly through Apple and trade in my phone would I be able to just start making payments on the IPhone 13? Or would I have to pay off my 12 first?

iPhone Upgrade Program I currently have 1 month left in my 24 month upgrade program for the IPhone 12. I was going to upgrade through the program to the 14 pro but it would cost 50$ a month. It seems like I should just wait the month and then I can get a full trade in value for the 12 to put towards the 14 pro and lower my monthly payment. Am I missing something or does that sound right? Thanks I’m advance.

Who did you purchase your phone from and make payments to?

If you purchased through the iPhone Upgrade program, normally you can upgrade.

Since you mention Verizon, if you purchased through them you will need to contact them and inquire as to their policies.
