Is there any way that someone can tell me where the Mac is located when ytthey try to access to it?
No clue since your statement doesn't make it clear whose Mac you're talking about. Where your Mac is (somebody had it their possession and brought it back)? A Mac somewhere else that somehow has access to your Mac?
