Hello,
iPad’s Mail application will attempt to intelligently manage your email. After manually moving a junk email from Inbox to Junk Mail will remember that you wish to always send those kinds of messages to Junk.
That being said Apple has announced that as apart of this fall’s iPadOS 13 system software update users will be able to block all emails from a specific sender.
