Activation Device Problem.
i forgot my apple id password and now im already reset my iphone and problem to Activate Device in new setup after reset.

You have to recover access to the Apple ID your iPhone is locked to.
Follow the steps from this article: If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
If you cant recover access to it, find the box of your iPhone and the original receipt that proves that you are an owner of this iPhone, contact Support directly and ask them to unlock it for you.
