Family Sharing Payment Method

Hi, is it possible for each member of a family to use their own individual payment method or is it restricted to the one card belonging to the organiser?

If iTunes gift cards are available in your country individual members could potentially buy them and redeem them onto their own accounts, otherwise the organiser's card will be used (members cannot use their own credit/debit card)
