The Apple online refurbished store is not available in all countries. If the Apple website for your country or region does not have a refurbished store, then there is no source of Apple OEM refurbished devices in your country or region.

Apple do not ship overseas, if it 'a not available in Botswana.

You can only order online when it's offered in your country .
