Apple Music works on MacBook but not iPhone

My Apple Music won't work on my phone but works on my MacBook. I have tried so many different things I'm just not sure what to do. When I open the app it only allows me to join again which I actually decided to try and then it says that my email is already being used for the student membership (which is what I currently have). I'm so sad I had to listen to the radio this morning, lol! :(

You need to turn on iCloud music library on your phone

Sign out of the iTunes Store and then sign back in.

In settings - Music - Turn off iCloud Music Library and then turn it back on.and Turn on “Show Apple Music”
