Hi is there a set charge for a repair on an iPhone 7 which is not screen or battery related

It depends on the issue and if it is still covered by warranty.

The best thing to do is to visit (making an appointment in advance) an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider. After checking your device, they’ll give you all the available options and related costs.

If an Apple Technician deems that this is a manufacturing fault and your phone is less than one year old, then any repairs or replacement should be free.


If you have an active AppleCare+ plan on this phone, then:

  • $29 for screen damage
  • $99 for any other accidental damage

If your iPhone is out-of-warranty, then you will bear the full cost of the repair. What that cost would be will depend on the extent of the damage and you can get a free estimate of that cost from an Apple Technician.
