If an Apple Technician deems that this is a manufacturing fault and your phone is less than one year old, then any repairs or replacement should be free.
If you have an active AppleCare+ plan on this phone, then:

If your iPhone is out-of-warranty, then you will bear the full cost of the repair. What that cost would be will depend on the extent of the damage and you can get a free estimate of that cost from an Apple Technician.
I'm assuming that this "apple dealer" is either an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider, then the answer should be "yes." You should call ahead just to be sure.

I’m rather along way away from the nearest apple store so I wanted to post it off and then wait for an email telling me how much it would be to repair. Is this feasible.?
