I am currently in a family and I downloaded an app on another device and then went to my device and when I looked at the purchases of that person, it wouldn’t show up. I have restarted my device too. When I go on another device in the family and make them look at the persons purchases, it shows! It won’t show for mine though even though I’m in the family too. Help!
Have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions?

Apple Support by e-mail or chat Work through the screens to get a chat option. You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.
Or fill out and submit this form. The form is for iTunes, but it will get passed to the ID Support section.
I did everything on that page like log out and resign it. The apps support family sharing too. If the apps show up on my other persons device, it’s not hidden and no it’s not them to installed the app or is hiding it. I meet all the requirements too.
