MacBook Air Screen grey with blue lines, when I connect to display I only see cursor

I have a 2017 MacBook Air. The display on it when I start up is grey, then it becomes grey with blue lines an then whiteish.

I tried alot of reset hotkeys.

I wanted to see if the display was the issue or not so I plugged it into an external display and all I see is a cursor, but the cursor doesn't move. I think it's either the screen or logic board.

What is most likely broken? How do I fix it? If the screen is broken And are there any hotkeys for me to make it usable with an external display?
