You can only turn off two-factor authentication if you enabled it within the last two weeks, which you would do via the enrolment email that you got when you enabled it : Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support

Can I turn off two-factor authentication after I’ve turned it on?
If you already use two-factor authentication, you can no longer turn it off. Certain features in the latest versions of iOS and macOS require this extra level of security, which is designed to protect your information. If you recently updated your account, you can unenroll for two weeks. Just open your enrollment confirmation email and click the link to return to your previous security settings. Keep in mind, this makes your account less secure and means that you can't use features that require higher security.

I am livid! This new ISO operating system (13.1.2) ***** and once you install it you can't remove it.

Downgrading iOS isn't supported by Apple as you know.

Secondly decide if I want two factor identification on my devices or not, and I don't!

You chose to upgrade to two-factor authentication, if it's less than two weeks since you decided to upgrade you can downgrade via the enrolment email that you got when you enabled it.

I am livid! This new ISO operating system (13.1.2) ***** and once you install it you can't remove it. I have tried to even erasing my iPhone 3 times and going back in history to restore data with no luck. Now to make matters worse I have a stupid two factor  Identification attached to my account now that I can't remove. Really...…… or should I say what the ****? This should be my decision to keep first of all keep an operating system on my phone (by the way I don't) this has to be the worst update I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Secondly decide if I want two factor identification on my devices or not, and I don't! I don't care about the added security and don't want the added security and I want the added security off ASAP.

Please help!
