My apple id doesn't accept my email address and password because the maximum free accounts for my phone have been activated already

After I put my apple id and password the phone can't sign in because the maximum number of free accounts have been already activated on my iphone

The message means what it says. If you want to use another account in iCloud on the phone try first logging into it in iCloud on a different device, and then retry logging into on that one.
