Deleted text messages

The only way you can retrieve those are if you still had a backup version that included them and no backup version since that was done after the deletions. If you restore that backup you will lose everything you added since them.

If you activated iCloud Messages they are gone.

Unfortunately not, if you've deleted the conversation they are gone for good.
