App store and iTunes store

Anytime I try downloading or updating something from the app store it says: “Your account has been disabled in the app store and iTunes.” And I dont know how to fix it. Can someone help?

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
