No. TrueDepth is only available on the front facing cameras.
The rear cameras don't need it as they aren't used for Face ID which requires the feature and have other hardware for depth of field.

The rear cameras are capable of excellent depth of field already.
TrueDepth is just for the Face ID processing, and close up Portrait mode. Its not really useful on the rear cameras which will be taking pictures from a distance.
You really don't need the TrueDepth sensor on the rear ones.
To use for 3D scanning is necessary True Depth, there’s a few app that are able to scan objects into 3D but is only possible using the front camera. Would be cool if I could use the back camera for 3D scanning. That’s why maybe an accessory could be useful.
