How do I get the Exchange email account on my Mac to sync with my iPhone?
I've set up exchange email account on my MacBook air, how do I get it to sync with my iPhone?

I have always received all of my AOL emails on both my iPhone and Mac. up until last week they were both synced and mails deleted from one account were automatically deleted from the other. But not now and I just can't work out how to put it right.
