Problems with my phone

I have a problem with my iTunes and apple store, an it says that it’s deactivated , and I can’t update my applications

If you mean it says it's disabled contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
