After MacOs Mojave 10.14.6 Public Update on iMac USB Keybard wont Function. After MacOs Mojave 10.14.6 Public Update USB Keyboard wont Function. The caps lock led doesn't come on or anything. tried various things. Power cycles, rests. Port changes. keyboard input change. This also happened to 2 other iMacs, one brand new, but with BlueTooth keyboards. One an apple magic keyboard and another a third party keyboard. They just came right but the USB keyboard sin't coming to life.

If you are running Mojave on an Early-2009 Mac, that would be an unsupported configuration so, no.
