How can I change the time of the auto lock for the screen?

I am on IOS 13.2. I am trying to get my auto-lock disabled, meaning to choose "never" to go on auto-lock, but for some reason this function is not longer an option for me. The max time i have available is 5 min. How to fix?

you cant do it in that way on iphone xs max
If you have a corporate email account set up on your phone, the administrators can set policies that control the maximum auto-lock time.
