I live in Aruba (Caribbean). I have a brand new Toyota Rav4 Hybrid 2020, would like to know it support Apple car play? If not why or when. If yes how can i install it?

Your Toyota dealer would be able to tell you if their system supports CarPlay. Not all vehicles and audio systems do. The question of when would also need to be addressed with the dealer, or with Toyota direct. There are some aftermarket radio systems that are compatible with CarPlay.
That would be a question for your car dealership. They are the ones that choose to install or not Carplay support and would know if your particular car and trim level have Carplay.
The other way to check, is to plug your phone into the USB port in your car. If CarPlay is available it should appear immediately on the screen.
Also check your car's media center manual.
