Apple store Support when buying new phone online

I am thinking of buying a new iPhone at the Apple store online, it says I get a personnel session at the a

Apple store with the purchase. Does this include, setting up the iPhone, transfer my phone number, picture, contacts. I have a Android Pixel phone now.

I also believe after the phone ships, they will set up this appointment without me having to schedule? If not a good time, I am sure I can reschedule?

Any information I get will be helpful. Am I better off to buy at the store?

I am thinking of buy the iPhone 11 max pro. When selecting, they did not give me this option.
