Old cloud account
I want to log out of my current iCloud and log in to my old one. Can I safely do so without losing everything in my new account

Yes/No. Just know that as of this date, you cannot merge two or more accounts into one. So, any purchases would be inaccessible to the newly-used account. That includes iCloud purchases. So, download all information off of the Apple ID’s iCloud.
Note: You need to wait up to 90 days until a device can be associated to another Apple ID.
