I don’t see a option for personal hotspot

Does your carrier support personal hotspot (Wireless carrier support and features for iPhone - Apple Support), and if they do are you on the correct tariff with them ?

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

I have an 8 plus. The hotspot was operating perfectly--up until I installed 13.2. Now the hotspot slider/password is gone. I checked with Verizon. It's not on them. I did the network resets. Nothing. It's 13.2. Please issue a patch for this asap.

I’m having the same problem after the latest iOS 13 upgrade. I have restarted, turned my carrier settings on and off, and reset my settings. This appears to be a bug in the latest update.

On my 2 XRiphones with iOS 13.1.2, I am not able to scroll to the top of the Personal hotspot screen. I cannot see the toggle to turn it off or on. I tried resetting network and restarting. Neither worked. Problem with iOS?
