Sending photos on message's

My 5E suddenly won’t send photos as of a few days ago, prior to ios13 update.

Nothing fixes it. I’ve tried everything. Update on my 4 destroyed its cell connection - Apple blamed my phone. Maybe, but not very givashxt.

Edit: that was about the same time they forced their white font on flouro lime green background on us, to stop us being able to read text and imsg.

iMessage can only send to other Apple devices.

MMS plan is your carrier service, you need to talk to them.

You need a working iMessage to send pictures to other Apple devices or

a working MMS plan from your carrier to send pictures to people without iPhones.
