Hello, So I just bought a new iMac. I have already purchased final cut pro x on my laptop. How do I get it onto my Mac? So far I am just seeing buying options. I have already paid for this product and I would hate to have to buy it twice.

Log into the App Store on the new computer with the Apple ID used to purchase it. Check that it is listed in the Purchased page. If it is redownload the application.
