Still requiring activation lock

Still requiring activation lock, i already used my 2 apple Id and follow everything to restore and removed from my apple account. I bought my mini ipad 2 brandnew and i dont understand why i cant activate it using my apple id. Saying still linked to another apple id? Is there other way to bypass it. Thank you

Unfortunately, you did NOT purchase a "brandnew" iPad 2. New, from Apple, they do not come with an existing Apple ID. You would either create a new ID or use your existing ID (typical) when you set up this iPad for the first time. Also, the iPad mini 2 was discontinued in March 2017 and are not being sold by Apple.


You need to contact the original owner of this device to have them remove their Apple ID from it. If you don't know who that is or they are unwilling to help you, then you will not be able to activate it. It will be useless to you. No one here, nor Apple can help you bypass the Activation Lock. This lock is meant as an anti-theft deterrent.
