When I try to reset the response is the following:

Apple Support by e-mail or chat Work through the screens to get a chat option. You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.

Unfortunately even telephone support indicated I had to wait 8 hours? Glad it's not urgent...
So we'll see what happens in 8 hours.
