Can’t watch rented movie
I rented collateral beauty but every tim I tried to play my Apple TV said “an error occurred loading this content” so tried again next day.
it’s been 10 days already.

I rented a film and watched it, but when I tried to view it again the next day I couldn't find it in my library. My 48 hrs'viewing time will be over tonight. The film is "Sneakers"[1992]. Please could you stream it to me, or give me some advice? many thanks. N.B.:- I tried your help system but no info available, and note that there were other complaints about the same problem. I'm using my MacBook air.
