Can you make monthly payments on a MacBook or do you have to pay it in full? I really want the new MacBook Air, I’ve never had one before, but I can’t pay it in full.

You can check with your financial institution and ask at an Apple store. They may have an arrangement with a bank to extend you a loan. Unless Apple promotes a certain program, we would not have any knowledge since we are all other users here.
The problem with that is, I don’t have an Apple store in my town.
