You have exceeded the product quantity limit for an item in your bag Issue

I have ordered macbook from educational store and mistakenly i have canceled my order immediately.

Now i have issues with macbook purchase with educational store. I'm going to purchase my 1st apple product. Please help me to resolve this.

Error Message:

"Your order cannot be processed.

You have exceeded the product quantity limit for an item in your bag. As a result, we are unable to process your order."

Canceled items only inside the purchase items.

A person is only allowed to purchase a limited number of academic priced items per year. Apple’s system must think you already bought that MacBook that you cancelled. As Allen advised, contact Apple and talk to them. They’re the only ones that can resolve the issue.
