Voicemail default answer does not mention leaving a name or message.

Hello!
Your voicemail is a carrier feature. You will want to reach out to your carrier if going to Phone icon > clicking on Voicemail tab > Greeting in the top-left corner and clicking Custom to record does not resolve.
