Macbook Pro - "Some apple id services will be unavailable..."

hello everyone! On my Macbook pro, I started getting notifications that I needed to sign into with my apple id again or "some apple id services will not be available until you sing in again."

It would not let me sign in so I had to change my password. No it acts like I have signed in but nothing changes. I can't use my apps or anything still. I

I logged into my apple id online and it says I am logged in on my macbook even though on my computer, I still can't so anything related to my apple id (imessages, facetime, etc.)

Any ideas?

Are you running any anti - virus programs? Using a VPN?

Try setting up another admin user account in System Preferences/Users & Groups to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.
