Calling issues in new software update, 12.4.1

OK.....first thing I'd recommend is rebooting your phone. Since you don't say which iPhone you own, I'm providing the process for one with a home button:

Press and hold BOTH the power and home buttons at the SAME time (keep holding past the swipe to power off) until the Apple Logo appears, then let go. See if normal operation resumes when you sign back into your phone.

What are the issues?

okey guys I have iPhone XS max, I did try to update it on the new iOS 13.0 but the problem is it did crush or did something to my phone and so my phone is froze for 1second then turn off and on by itself so I really don't know what to do, but my biggest problem is I work with the cruise so I rarely use internet to solve my problem please is you can help me now

Hi I absolutely HATE the new software! It stuffed up the order of my photos. If even messed with my contacts list- do land line numbers have vanished and mobile numbers stayed!

Aaaargh! What is going on with Apple?? All my tech is Apple. 😫😫

Apologies for the typos! What I am trying to say above is that landline phone numbers vanished. The new software even messed up the details on my contacts list - splitting into a second contact tab. Aaaargh!

OK.....the procedure I detailed is appropriate for iPhone 7.

I’ve also had the same issue. I just got my phone replaced and it’s still the same problem. I think it’s the new update
