I'd say fake, but to be sure contact Apple Support and share this with them.

It's a scam.
Delete it.
Apple got your details on file and will always address you with your Full Name, not Dear Customer.
Apple also do not use Microsoft Word attachment.
They're fake. Forward them to reportphishing@apple.com as attachments and then delete them.
