Sending Contacts to Car

Howdy folks! I have a 2011 Camry LE with the Bluetooth package and I am having trouble transferring contacts.

Essentially my question is how do I send contacts to my car? I have two cars; ‘13 Equinox and the Camry. On my Bluetooth settings in my phone, only the Equinox gives me the option to sync contacts? I’ll look over my manual but it infinitely waits for me to send contact.

I’ve also read up on a few posts on a Camry forum saying they did it with their computer? I know this isn’t a Camry forum, but my MacBook is compatible with Bluetooth. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

Hey, try this on your iPhone:

Tap Bluetooth

Tap your Camry

Tap the little circle with an i in it

Make sure Sync Contacts is turned on

Hope this solves this for you.

You need to check with Toyota on the 2011 Camry. That model just may not have the software for contacts to load.

Thank you for your prompt response! I’m not sure why it wouldn’t? I don’t know of any software updates for the car (I’ll check, thanks!) but surely enough the voice prompt tells me that it’s doable.
