eSim problem after changing the phone on warranty

Hello.

i bought an unlocked iphone XR from Telekom Germany at the beginning of this year. I live in Romania now.

So far so good. I used it with a vodafone sim and an Orange ESim with no problem for over 6 months.

After this period, my iphone had a hardware problem with face id and had been replaced with a brand new one.

After this change, my eSim is not working anymore. Only with fizical sim.

I went back to apple service to tell them this problem, they took my iphone for diagnosis and they told me that the phone is fine, and it came with the same options like the iphone i bought from Telekom Germany. I went also to Orange service and shop and they also told me that the problem is not from them.

When i can the QR code the phone gives me this message

I am asking you guys for my last hope, why my initial iphone XR was working with no problem with fizical and eSim, and this one does not support eSim if it has the same options like the first one? My Iphone is UNLOCKED.

please help !!!
