Thank you for posting. I understand you see "Network not available" under Settings > General > About.


To clarify, do you have an active SIM card in your device?


By any chance, are you seeing "No Service" on your device, or any alerts about cellular updates? If so, these resources will be a good starting point:


If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad


If you see a Cellular Update Failed or Apple Pay Not Available alert after iOS update or restart

Thanks for replying. If I'm understanding correctly, you're seeing "Network not available" and don't have a SIM card in your device. If that's correct, this sounds normal since your carrier network identification would be attached to your SIM card.
