Account Charged

I recently just checked my bank account and I was charged for $9.99 from apple iTunes. I have no idea what this charge is because I only pay $0.99 for iCloud storage and nothing else. What can it be and how can I stop it from charging me?

If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support. Just because it says iTunes, doesn’t mean the charge is about Apple Music. It could be something else from the iTunes Store or App Store.
See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support. All items that are charged to your Apple ID account, will be specified in the purchase history. Verify that.
View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support. All subscriptions and their due dates are listed in the subscriptions overview.
