In regards to the Original Post’s now-deleted Image: It is wise to Never post information on the Web of a Method of Payment.

Why it may not be Going Through:

I’d contact the financial institution of this method of payment. Perhaps this purchase is seen as high suspicion if you’re are using it on a site, especially on a domain that you have never used it on before (Apple.com), if so.

BTW: It may be wise to get a new method of payment, and cancel out this one. For who knows if this card has been hacked.
