how to reset icloud password

My Apple ID uses a diff email as my iCloud id so I cannot log in

i changed my number and now it wont let sign in to icloud and now i cant get my contacts

i can get into my apple id but its not bring up my contacts back in my after changing my number

I need to know this too. ipod keeps asking for it and I don't remember setting it up

I have set and reset my apple id but it keeps asking for icloud id. I don't remember setting that and now I can't do anything. I can't even load music on!!!
