Have charges that should not have been made account has not been active

I have two charges from iTunes billing that should not have been posted need to know how to stop them from coming out of my account

See the following. It has several things to check and includes instructions on how to contact Apple if needed. If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
