How do I add my Apple card to my Apple ID payment methods? I can't edit.

Ok. Have you added your Apple card to your wallet app on your phone? If you have added it and made it your first payment card then it will be used . as the default option for the various Apple services. Check out the link below to understand more of what I mean.

Why can't you Edit? What happens when you try? Error message(s)?

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Try a forced restart.

Reset Device

If you aren't the family organizer, that may be preventing you from editing your information. You can't add your card if you aren't the organizer because the organizer is responsible for all charges.

You can buy/redeem iTunes Gift cards to the account. Charges will be deducted from the account balance before the organizer's credit card is charged.
