Pages 8.1
When I try to add a link to another page in my document, my only link options are "webpage, email & bookmark". Why is there no "page" option?

In a word processing document, your options are restricted to what you mentioned. If you want to link to another page, you must be in a page layout document, and not word processing. See Link to a webpage, email, or page in the Pages v8.1 for Mac User Guide.
