i tunes library

I can't find my i tunes music in my library, and i cant remove the music from my iphone 6s plus in to my i tunes on my laptop. I need to get the music off of the phone so i can send it in and get a replacement

Thanks for the post. I see you have a question about retrieving some music, and I'm glad to see how I can help.

While there's not a way to move music from your iPhone to a computer, you might have a few options. If your songs were purchased in the iTunes Store, you should be able to Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books from the App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books.

On the other hand, if you're using an Apple Music subscription, you might try making sure you're signed in with your Apple ID and that iCloud Music Library is on: Turn on iCloud Music Library with Apple Music

I re downloaded iTunes, nothing shows up. I had a free 90 day trial for iTunes got a different debit card so didnot cancel my subscription because the card wasn't good any more. I dont know how to get to iCloud from my PC, I've tried sharing from iPhone to my ipod but nothing. Need to send phone back so dont want to lose my music, dont know what to do,

Also my 5th generation ipod touch will only play some of the songs that are on it. It says item not available This item cant be played. Why is that? Thank you for your help . Did they take my music because my membership expired?

We appreciate the reply. If I understand correctly, your content was from the Apple Music service/iCloud Music Library and you're not able to play it since the subscription went inactive; is that right? If so, this would be normal since you'd need a subscription to play any music that was added from Apple Music. If you want to resubscribe, this should help you: Manage your Apple Music subscription
