I have tried to restore my daughters iphone, but when I go through the link above, it just keeps going to itunes and then telling me that I need to put in the passcode for itunes to connect to the phone. Thoughts?
I do not know how to connect to iTunes.
You're not following the directions precisely. If you are unable to do this, go to your Apple Store Genius Bar and they can help you, but you must know the Apple ID and Password.
