Hi ripti,

It seems like you're seeing a SIM not supported error, and I want to help.

Normally, you will see this if your iPhone needs to be unlocked from the previous carrier. Where was your iPhone purchased?

If you purchased your iPhone through a carrier in the UK, you may need to contact them to get help unlocking your iPhone for use with other carriers.

Check out this article that has some steps to help you get this working:

How to unlock your iPhone for use with a different carrier - Apple Support

Good luck!

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities.
