Previous backup was replaced by the new one, when I've connceted my phone to itunes!

My iphone was automatically synced with itunes and so my previous(main) backup was replaced by new one, when I've connected my phone to itunes.

Now I cannot see my backup in the list. Is there any way to revert it back?

when I use my icloud account to setup my new phone, only part of my photos and older setting came back!

A computer's iTunes generally only keeps one backup for each device (I've only had multiple backups after major iOS updates, when I've had a pre- and post-update backup), when a new backup is taken it updates/overwrites the existing one. The only way will be if you had a copy of the previous backup on your backup of the computer.
