cracked screen fix program am i covered?

in early September 2019, apple agrees to fix the cracked watch for series 2 and 3 watch for free.

my screen has a lot of blemishes but not cracked. can they fix it for free?

As far as I know they are dealing with the cracked screen issue only for the Aluminum Series 2 & 3 Apple Watches.
