How to add Apple Card to another Apple wallet

I have an Apple Card that I want to add to my wife’s Apple wallet. All of my other bank cards can do this no problem. Is Apple Card excluded from being able to add to multiple wallets?

Yes, it is excluded. It is tied to your Apple ID.
